1 cupmayo or more for a thick layer
1/4 cupcrushed dill or however much to coat

Wash salmon , pat dry , lay on sheet of foil

cover with thick layer of real mayo

shake on crushed dill , just to cover top

cover with foil to make a tent like pouch

grill at 350°F for 25 min. , done when flakes with fork

Cook until it flakes easily with fork.
