Put at medium heat on a pan the olive oil

Add the ragu sauce or tomatoe sauce and 1 cup of water

Add the oregano at taste and 1 teaspoon of salt

Stir untill starts to reduce then add the beef

Add the rest of the salt and the sugar

Add the remaining 2 cups of water

Stir until it reduce to taste, then close it and leave it at minimum heat so the meat cooks well enough, you can add pepper or more oregano according to taste.
