blanch chicken wings in boiling water for a few minutes

heat up gravy ingredients in a claypot on low fire

adjust sweetness according to personal preference by adding more rock sugar. add wings and bring to boil.

Turn heat to low. cover and simmer for 10mins.

keep lid closed and keep in pot for another 15m for the flavours to be absorbed.
