Kris' Spicy Chicken Chili

Pull breast meat off rotisserie chicken and place aside.

Finely chop onion and chili peppers. I

Place olive oil and chopped onion in large sauce pan over medium heat. Saute until onions become transparent. (About 3 mins.)

Add chicken, green chili peppers, chicken broth, northern beans, rotel, cumin, chili powder, and cayenne pepper. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Blend in sour cream and remove from heat.

Serve in a bowl with crackers and sprinkled monterey jack cheese. ENJOY!!!
