Ingredients

10 mins
12 servings
  • 1 largepork shoulder roast
  • 1 largebottle of bbq sauce, I use Cattle Boyz
  • 1/4 cupdried onion flakes or 1/2 minced onion
  • 2 tbsppulled pork spice
  • 1/3 cupapple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbspWorcestershire sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Place raw roast in crock pot

  2. 2

    Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, then pour over roast

  3. 3

    Turn on low and cook for 8 - 10 hours

  4. 4

    Remove roast from liquid to shred by using forks pulling in opposite directions

  5. 5

    Place pork back in pot to keep warm and moist in sauce

  6. 6

    Serve on a bun with coleslaw
