You can do this with many fruits. A great substitute for store bought syrup.

Wash a peach (you can use a nectarine). Cut it up in little cubes.

Place the butter in a small frying pan. Put the stove on medium low add your peaches. Once they bubble but down to low. Stir them until they get soft and create it own syrup. This all happens quickly.

Put on top of pancakes. Sprinkle with powder sugar
