1 lbpork spareribs cut into 1 inch cubes
Marinade
1 tspsoy sauce
1/2 tspsugar
4 tspconstarch
1 tspwine
1/2 tspsalt
Other
2 clovegarlic, minced
1/2 tbspsalted black beans, rinsed and crushed
1stack of green onions, cut to 1 /2 inch pieces
1 tspchilli pepper
1 sliceginger slivered

Marinte spareribs for 30 minutes

Add other ingredients and mix well.

Transfer to shallow pan and steam for 12 to 14 minutes. Make sure it is cooked through.
