  • Spareribs
  • 1 lbpork spareribs cut into 1 inch cubes
  • Marinade
  • 1 tspsoy sauce
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 4 tspconstarch
  • 1 tspwine
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • Other
  • 2 clovegarlic, minced
  • 1/2 tbspsalted black beans, rinsed and crushed
  • 1stack of green onions, cut to 1 /2 inch pieces
  • 1 tspchilli pepper
  • 1 sliceginger slivered

    Marinte spareribs for 30 minutes

  2. 2

    Add other ingredients and mix well.

  3. 3

    Transfer to shallow pan and steam for 12 to 14 minutes. Make sure it is cooked through.
