Wash carrots and boil for awhile until decently soft (I prefer my carrots almost mushy so your time preference may vary)

In a seperate pot, mix just a tiny bit of water with Brown Sugar and Black Pepper and bring to medium heat to dissolve powders.

Add honey and quickly whisk for 15 seconds then immediately add carrots.

Turn for awhile until thoroughly coated and heated and some of the glaze has absorbed.
