Banana Fritters (kerala Style)

In a bowl, mix the rice flour,sugar,baking powder,salt and enough water to make a thick batter.

In a kadai, heat oil. Dip the banana slices in the batter and fry until crisp and golden.

Remove from oil and place it on a paper towel.
Serve hot. - 4
Notes
Bananas should be ripen.
Fry the fritters in batches.
Fry it in a deep skillet.
