Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder then sift

Cream sugar with margarine together

Add the flour mixture then add milk and chocolate chip and 3 eggs.

Add the vanilla extract and cinnamon

Mix well then freeze for 20mins
- 6
Arrange them in a baking tray and bake for 30mins under 180degrees.
