In saucepan combine rice and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 min.

Boil carrots in water for 3-5 min. Drop in peas, cook a bit more and drain.

Heat pan over high heat. Pour in oil, stir in carrots and peas, cook for 30 seconds.

Crack in eggs with veggies, stir to scramble. Add in rice.

Shake in soy sauce
