1 cupcrushed or cubed ice

Cut the apples and bananas in quarters.

Place the strawberries, sliced bananas, apples and ice in the blender.

Start at a low speed then high speed.

Frozen strawberries and bananas could be used as well. Additional ice could be use to thicken the texture of the smoothie.
