Slice tops off of strawberries. Slice a small sliver off of the tip of the strawberry so that it sits flat on the plate.

Hollow the inside of the strawberry out with either a melon baller or a spoon.

In a small bowl mix Marscarpone and honey. If Marscarpone is too thick, pop the bowl in the microwave for 10 seconds.

Fill a ziplock bag with the Marscarpone mixture and snip off the tip. Fill each strawberry with the mixture.

Sprinkle wheat germ and honey over stuffed strawberries. Enjoy!
