Prepare all ingredients at room temperature.

Sieve the fliur,cocoa powder and baking powder.

Add wet ingredients like curd,milk,melted butter,vanilla essence to this sieved mix.Whisk and mix properly.

Add powdered sugar also.Mix with cut and fold technique.

Add 2 tbsp water to adjust consistency of batter.We need a thick but dropping consistency.

Pour batter in a greased mould.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.Check with toothpick.

Let the cake cool little and then demould it.Let it cool completely before pouring ganache.

To prepare ganache take cream in a glass bowl and microwave for 30 seconds.Add chopped chocolate and mix well.Cover and keep for a minute.And our ganache is ready.
