Sabse pehle besan ko chan le. Ab ek pan me Ghee ko garam karein. Fir besan ko daal kar bhune. Continue chalate rahein. Jisse besan ek colour ke dikhe aur golden achhe colour aaye. Ek taref sugar me 1cup water daal kar chasni rakh denge. Jab besan golden colour ho jaaye aur chasni gaadhi ek taar ki ho jaaye to use bhune besan me daalenge. 2minutes chalane ke baad usme baking soda add karenge. Just ghee se greasing ki hui tray me use daalenge.

Just ghee se greasing ki hui tray me use daalenge. After 20minutes baad use pcs me (jis shape me cut Karna ho) cut karenge. 1hour baad thanda hone per usme pcs ko air tite container me rakh kar store kar sakte hi. Tastey and yummy mansoor pak ready to eat.
