Ingredients

  1. 1 cupjowar flour
  2. 1/2 cupfinally chopped broccoli
  3. 1onion
  4. 2 tspgreen chilli + ginger paste/ or finally chopped chillies
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. As neededCoriander leaves
  7. as per needHot water

Steps

    Boil 1 glass water

  2. 2

    Chop onion

  3. 3

    Chop broccoli

  4. 4

    In a bowl take jowar flour, add chopped broccoli, onion, chilli paste, coriander and salt mix well.

    Knead a dough with warm water. Use little little water at a time and make dough.

    Heat the tawa.

  7. 7

    Make medium balls and directly spread talipeeth on tawa or make it on plastic sheets. Make 3-4 holes

    Slowly take it from sheets and roast on heated tawa. It ll take little time to roast. Roast from both sides.

    Usually it is served with curd and shenga podi along with green chilli and onion.

  10. 10

    I have served it with shenga alsi chutney,( peanutflax dry chutney,curd along with fried green chilli, onion and tomato.
