Ingredients

12 servings
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 packagescranberry
  • 3 largeNavel oranges
  • 1/2 cupchopped walnuts or
  • 1/2 cupchopped pecans
  • 1/2 cupraisins

  1. 1

    in a medium sauce pan boil water and sugar

  2. 2

    empty bag of cranberries into boiling water and turn down heat to low/medium heat for 10 minutes

  3. 3

    refrigerator cranberries to chill then

  4. 4

    grate the Orange peel of all 3 into the cranberry

  5. 5

    peel the oranges and pull the slides apart. peel off the skin and pop out the Orange pieces and put them into cranberry mixture

  6. 6

    mix in chopped walnuts or pecans

  7. 7

    miss in raisins

  8. 8

    if mixture is to watery add cranberry or raspberry jello ( take one pkg and dissolve gelatin into one cup of hot water then mix into cranberry mixture)

  9. 9

    refrigerate for at least an hour before eating
