  1. 1/2 packagespuff pastry
  2. 1 packages3 1/2 oz vanilla pudding
  3. 1 cupmilk
  4. 1 cupheavy cream or 2 cups whipped topping
  5. 1/2 cupsugar
  6. 2 tbspmilk
  7. 1 1/2 cupfresh or frozen strawberrys
  8. 1 ozsemi sweet choc melted

    thaw pastry 40 min

  2. 2

    preheat 400

  3. 3

    line with parchment

  4. 4

    unfold sheet on floured surface

  5. 5

    cut into 3 strips alone fold line

  6. 6

    place on baking sheet

  7. 7

    bake 15 min

  8. 8

    cool on rack

  9. 9

    med bowl prepare pudding with 1 cup milk

  10. 10

    fold in whipped cream cover and refrigerate

  11. 11

    in am bowl stir sugar and 2 tsp milk

  12. 12

    split pastry into 2 for a total of 6 layers

  13. 13

    spread sugar mix on2 top layers

  14. 14

    spread 3/4 cup pudding mix on 1 st layer top with 1/3 cup strawberrys

  15. 15

    repeat layers

  16. 16

    top with iced layer

  17. 17

    drizzle with melted chocolate

  18. 18

    serve immediately or cover and frig for up to 4 hrs

  19. 19

    for easier slicing frig for an hour use serrated knife
