Chop the potatoes into 2" cubes (or thereabouts) and boil in a pot on high for half an hour to forty minutes. If you like, leave a little bit of the skin on, especially if you're using redskin potatoes.

Drain most of the water off and add in the ingredients to preference. My measurements are my preference, but if you find you like more or less of anything, feel free to change your recipe! I like just a little drizzle of Ranch in mine, but don't feel the need to put any in there if you aren't a fan of it.

That's it folks. Mix it all up and mash it in good. Serve with gravy, or hot sauce, or with jelly for all I care:P
