Melt butter.

Whisk egg yolks until even. Add room temperature yogurt to egg yolks. Mix well.

Sift flour and starch. Pour egg yolk mixture in the flour and starch. Mix well. Then pour in melted butter and blend well.

Add tartar and salt to egg whites and beat until firm peak. During the beating, add sugar some at a time (3 times).

Fold half of the foam into the egg yolk mixture, and then the other half.

Add vanilla abstract.

Pour the battering a baking pan or mold.

Bake 325?F water bath method. 1 hour
