Ingredients

one
  1. 2 tblsp bajra aata
  2. 3seed less dates
  3. 1ripe banana
  4. 1green cardamom
  5. 2soaked and peeled almonds
  6. as per tasteGrated jaggery
  7. 1 cupCurd
  8. 2 tspDesi ghee or butter
  9. 2soaked and deseed munakka (Large raisin)
  10. 2 tblsp oats powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee/ butter in a pan and fry bajra aata and oats powder till aroma comes

  2. 2

    Add jaggery and half cup water

  3. 3

    Cook till wet halwa like consistency comes, cool

  4. 4

    In a blender add this halwa and all the ingredients and churn

  5. 5

    Healthy yummy smoothy is ready

  6. 6

    You can also add strawberries, blue berries, cheeku etc
