6Chicken thighs
25 mlhoney
5 mlcurry powder
5 mllemon juice
50 mlmayonnaise

Place chicken portions packed tightly together into an ovenproof dish.

Mix chutney, honey, curry powder, lemon juice, mayonnaise and salt together.

Pour this mixture over the chicken and allow to stand for 1 hour or overnight.

Bake in oven 160°F uncovered for 1 hour.
