Ingredients

  1. 3 cupvanilla ice cream
  2. 1/4 cupand 2 tablespoons milk
  3. 1 1/2 tspvanilla extract
  4. 3 tbspmaple syrup
  5. 1/4 cupwalnuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.

  2. 2

    Select Variable 1.

  3. 3

    Switch machine to Start and slowly increase speed to Variable 8.

  4. 4

    Blend for 15 seconds using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.
