Ingredients

  • 1 bowlurad daal
  • 1 tspginger
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 tspcurry leaves
  • to tasteSalt
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak urad daal for 4-5 hours.

  2. 2

    Drain the water, transfer into a grinder add ginger,green chilli and curry leaves and grind it.

  3. 3

    Make a smooth paste.

  4. 4

    Now add salt and mix well.

  5. 5

    Make vada shape from this mixture.
    Deep fry and keep aside.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with green chutney.
