  • 1.1 poundsground beef (500 grams)
  • 4onions, chopped
  • 2green bell peppers
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Beef spice blend
  • 1little oil
  • 1round flatbread (such as pita or Middle Eastern flatbread)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the ground beef, onions, spices, green bell peppers, and oil together.

  2. 2

    Cut the flatbread in half and fill it with the meat mixture.

    Wrap in parchment paper and bake in the oven until cooked through.
