1. in a large mixing bowl crumble the bread slice after cutting the sides.

2. further add ½ cup rava, 3 tbsp rice flour, ¼ cup curd, 1½ cup water and salt to taste.

3. mix well and add more water if required.
soak it for 25 minutes. - 4
4. now transfer the mixture to blender and blend to smooth batter.
adjust the consistency by adding water if required. - 5
5. Then, add 1 onion, 1 tomato, 3 tbsp coriander leaves, 2 green chilli and salt in the uttapam batter.

6. now heat the dosa tawa and spread dosa batter slightly thick. also spread a tsp of oil over the uttapam. cover and simmer till the uttapa gets cooked in presence of steam.
now flip the uttapa other side and cook.
finally, serve instant bread uttapa along with chutney or ketchup.
