Steps

Take rava or Suji and curd in a big bowl.

Mix onion tomato green chilies and curry leaves with it.Add salt and sugar. mix it well.

Keep it aside for 20 minutes.Make a batter which is a little thicker than dosa batter. If require you can add some water.

Heat a nonstick pan in medium heat.. spread some oil.

Take a big spoon full batter and spread it into the circle with the help of a ladle.

Cook it on low flame..you can cover it with a lid also.

Drizzle one teaspoon oil around the edges..

Cook till the the top of the uttapum change it's colour and looks golden brown.

Flip it gently.cook for another few minutes.

Serve hot with chutney.
