Put the 5 tablespoons if mayonnaise, the 5 tablespoons of crème fraiche and the chopped garlic cloves in a blender. Add salt and pepper by taste.

You might want tot start with 2 garlic cloves and add another if you think you van handle more. The taste is very strong!
