Steps

In a pan heat 3-4 teaspoon oil.

Add chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped carrot and chilli ginger garlic paste.Saute for sometime.

Add boiled and mashed potatoes and boiled green peas.

Add salt, black pepper powder, soya sauce and red chilli sauce

Mix well and cook for a while.

Let it cool down completely at room temperature

Then add chopped green coriander and cornflour. Mix well.

Take bread slices and make heart shape with cutter.

Apply potato mixture over it

In a plate, spread sesame seeds

Keep potato mixture side down and put over sesame seeds as seeds stick on it

Prepare all hearts like this

In a pan heat enough oil for shallow frying.(you should also do it by deep frying)

When oil is heated,put hearts (sesame side down first)

Then turn it's side and fry till golden brown in colour or become crispy

I have garnished with tomato ketchup. Enjoy with tea or coffee
