Ingredients

1 serving
  • 2 cupsBeans
  • 2 cupsRice
  • 1/4 kgFresh pepper and fresh tomatoes
  • Salt
  • 4cooking spoon Groundnut oil
  • 1Carrot
  • Hanfful Green peas
  • 4 piecesChicken
  • 1 teaspooncurry
  • 1 teaspoonthyme
  • 2onions
  • 2Seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil rice for 10minutes,wash and boil again add salt.boil till is soft.

  2. 2

    Parboil the beans for 30minutes,wash and boil till is soft add salt to taste and turn off onces is done.

  3. 3

    Boil the chicken with seasoning,salt,curry,thyme,onion till is chewable.

  4. 4

    Blend the fresh pepper and fresh tomatoes boil till the water drys up.

  5. 5

    In a different pot,heat up groundnut oil cut the onion and pour in,add curry,thyme after 30seconds add the blended paste.

  6. 6

    Stir and fry for 10minutes then pour in the chicken stock.boil for 5minutes add salt and seasoning boil for another 5minutes and the sweet sauce is ready.

  7. 7

    Wash and cut the carrots and green peas and sprinkle on the rice.
