Ingredients

  • 50 gmNamkeen boondi
  • 2Finely chopped onion
  • 3Finely chopped tomato
  • 1/2 tspJeera
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspDry mango powder
  • to tasteRed Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • 2 tspchopped coriander
  • 2 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan add oil, add jeera, splutte it, add onion, cook till light brown, add tomato, cook till soft, add all masale.

  2. 2

    Add 1 glass water and then boondi.

  3. 3

    Bil for 3 to 4 minute.

  4. 4

    Boondi sabji is ready.

  5. 5

    Garnish with coriander

  6. 6

    Serve with roti.
