Ingredients

  1. 3Bananas
  2. 1 tspVanilla extract
  3. 3/4 cupSugar
  4. 3/4 stickButter
  5. 1 tspCinnamon
  6. 1 tspBaking soda
  7. 2 cupFlour
  8. 2Eggs
  9. 1 dashSalt
  10. 1/4 cupYogurt

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F Fahrenheit.

  2. 2

    Mash bananas with a fork until it is pulp and there are little to no chunks.

  3. 3

    Add sugar, eggs, softened butter, yogurt, and vanilla. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Then mix in flour, salt, and baking powder.

  5. 5

    If desired, add some nuts or chocolate chips.

  6. 6

    Bake for 60-70 minutes in a greased pan.
