Easy and quick appetizer. You can add any type of flavor to the cream cheese to make it a little different. Try softening the cream cheese and blending in some avocado for the filling.

Ingredients

  1. 5 eachjalapeno peppers
  2. 1/2 cupcream cheese
  3. 10 eachbacon strips

Cooking Instructions

    preheat oven to 400° F

    cut off stems of peppers, split and remove seeds.

  3. 3

    spread cream cheese inside of peppers

  4. 4

    wrap each pepper with a slice of bacon to completely cover all the way around

  5. 5

    place on baking rack so the bacon fat can drip down and prevent from being soggy while baking. takes approximately 12-18 minutes. Ready when the bacon is crispy and not chewy.
