Ingredients

  • 4chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 tsplemon pepper
  • 1 1/2 tspdried dill
  • 2 clovegarlic diced
  • 1salt to taste
  • 6 tbspbutter
  • 1 cupheavy cream
  • 3 tbspcapers

Steps

  1. 1

    Season chicken breasts with lemon pepper, salt, dill.

  2. 2

    Melt butter in skillet over medium heat and saute garlic for 1 minute.

  3. 3

    Add chicken to skillet and cook for 10 minutes turning frequently until juices run clear.

  4. 4

    Remove chicken from skillet and place on serving plates.

  5. 5

    Add cream to the skillet. Continously stir for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.

  6. 6

    Add capers. Stir until heated.

  7. 7

    Poor sauce over chicken. Serve with vegitables and bread.
