Steps

Remove all seeds from pomegranate

Squish as much juice out of seeds as you can by wrapping seeds in cheesecloth and squeezing

Pour juice and seeds into deep dish pan and let it simmer

Use a spoon to peel the ginger then chop it roughly

Add fresh ginger, sugar, and honey to simmering seeds
- 6
Let it reduce for about an hour, or just until its reduced to 1/3 of the original amount
