Ingredients

  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Boiled black Chana which was soaked overnight

Steps

  1. 1

    Take oil in a pan add Hing,jeera add onio stir till golden brown.add tomato and all Masala red chilli,dhania powder,haldi powder and mash the masala.

    Then add the boiled Chana and stir and cook for 10 mts with a lid on the pan.add garam masala in the end.Garnish with coriander leaves.
