  • 800 gramsPork Sirloin
  • Mixture
  • 200 mlOrange juice
  • 50 mlHoney
  • 1Salt
  • 2 pinchProvencal herbs
  • 1 tbspKetchup
  • 2 pinchRas-Al-Hanout

    Preheat oven to 180°c

  2. 2

    Mark the sirloin in a pan, for about 2 or 3 minutes, after that put it on a oven tray, cover with the mixture and get in the oven previously heated to 180°c, after 30' turn the sirloin upside down and oven it for 30' more. Serve sliced and cover with the rest of the mixture.
