I like chili. There are so many varieties and alterations, that it is a category rather than a dish.

In a 4 quart pot, wisk into the V8 the tomato paste.

In a large skillet brown ground beef in olive oil, adding onions about halfback way through.

When beef has been started, add red beans and chili beans to the pot

When browned, drain beef mix and add to pot. Add remaining ingredients, adjust to taste.

Simmer for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set for five, serve.
