  • 1 tspMixed grind dry masala which includes jeera dhania Kali mirch
  • 1 tablespoonsmilk powder
  • 1tspDry aata

    Gobi soaked in hot water for two minutes

    Add oil in the pan add jeera add hing when crackles add mixed grind onion garlic ginger tomato masala,stirring constantly add termaric powder add red Chilli Powder when oil comes out from the gravy add fried Gobi sauteed add beans add carrot stirring continuously add mixed grind dry masala powder,add garam masala powder sauteed add milk powder add dry ata when thickens it add one cup water in the pan when boiled add to the serving bowl
