Ingredients

20 minutes
2-3 servings
  1. 1 cupgreen peas/ boiled
  2. 1/2 cupmalayi
  3. 1finely chopped onion
  4. 1finely chopped tomato
  5. 1finely chopped green chilli
  6. 1/2 tspciba red chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tspciba turmeric powder
  8. 1 tspciba coriander powder
  9. 1/2 tspciba Kasmiri chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tspciba garam masala powder
  11. 1/2ciba Kasuri methi
  12. 2 tspoil
  13. to tasteSalt

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a kadhai, add chopped onion and saute till translucent.

  2. 2

    Add chopped tomato and green chilli and cook till mushy.

  3. 3

    Add dry spices and cook till oil separates.

  4. 4

    Add peas and mix very well. cook covered for 2-3 minutes. add malayi and cook covered for 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Matar malayi is ready. Sprinkle some kasuri methi garnish and serve.
