Soak mung and moth overnight.Nxt morning drain the water and keep in air tight container for 2 days for the sproutings.

Taking aata, add pinch salt, 1 t spoon oil, water make dough ready for puri.

Once Sprouts are ready, add finely chopped hara pyaaz, green chilies, lal mirch powder, haldi powder, salt and make ready the stuffing.

Now Roll puri, add the stuffing and close it like a potli shape. Again gently roll in puri shape and deep fry it.

Hara Pyaaz and Sprouts ki masala puris are ready. 🙂
