Ingredients

  1. 1/2kg.ghobhi
  2. 3-4potatoes
  3. 2green chillies
  4. 1 tspcumin seeds
  5. 1 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1/2garam masala
  8. Pinchhing
  9. To tastesalt
  10. as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok,add cumin and hing saute for 2 minutes.

  2. 2

    Now add all spices exept garam masala.saute for 2 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add cut potatoes and ghobhi.

  4. 4

    Cover and cook on low flame till soft the veggies.

  5. 5

    Now add garam masala and mix well.
