In a pressure cooker add palak and whole tomato and cook for 2-3 whistles

In a pan take half cup water and boil it, once start boiling, add paneer cubes and cook for 4-5 minutes

In a grinder jar, add onion green chillies ginger and garlic, and make a fine paste out of it

Once pressure of pressure cooker released, grind the palak and tomato without adding any water to make smooth paste

In a pan, take oil once heated, add cumin seeds

Once it starts crackling, add onion ginger paste and cook till oil seperates

After that add palak tomato paste to the onion gravy and cook for 3-4 min

Add all the spices and paneer at this stage

Cook for another 2-3 minutes

Serve hot with fulka /chapati /paratha
