Ingredients

20-25 minutes
5 servings
  • For Channa Dal Kebab-
  • 1 bowlpeas (grind)
  • 1 bowlchanna dal (grind)
  • 1 bowlboiled corn
  • 1 bowlspinach (chopped)
  • 1 bowlcarrot (grind)
  • 1 bowlcoriander and methi (chopped)
  • 1onion (chopped)
  • 5garlic clove (chopped)
  • 1 inchginger (chopped)
  • 10kishmish
  • 2-3mirch (chopped)
  • 1 bowlmakka atta
  • 1 bowlbesan
  • Masala:-
  • 1/2 tea spoonjeera
  • 1/2 teaspoonajwain
  • 1/2 tea spoonturmeric
  • 2 spooncoriander powder
  • 1 pinchhing
  • 1/2 tea spoongaram masala
  • 1/2tea soon salt (taste according)
  • 1/2tea soon til
  • {Oil for Frying}
  • For Chutney-
  • 1/2Radish chopped
  • 1 bowlcoriander chopped
  • 2tomato chopped
  • 2-3green chilli chopped
  • 1/2 tea spoonlemon juice
  • 1/2 tea spoonjeera
  • 1/2 tea spoonblack salt
  • 1 spoonhoney

Steps

20-25 minutes
  1. 1

    For Kebab:- As given above mix all the Ingredients and Masalas in a bowl using water limited to your needs.

  2. 2

    Mix it well by not keeping it loose.

  3. 3

    Take a karahi, pour oil into it and let it heat.

  4. 4

    Ab mixture ke chote-chote gole bna kr halka sa press krde.

  5. 5

    Ab medium gas pr uneh fry krde.

  6. 6

    Brown colour hone pr oil sa bahar nikal le.

  7. 7

    Apka Garma Garam Channa Dal Kebab ready h.

  8. 8

    For Chutney:- Grind all the Ingredients in mixer and its ready.

  9. 9

    Now serve your Hot Channa Dal Kebab with spicy sweet Molli Dhaniya Chutney.
