Steps
- 1
Crush all the Digestive Biscuits using any way you want. Use a hand beater or simply crush them with a rolling pin. It's just the crushed biscuits you're looking for!
- 2
Melt the butter in a microwave oven. This is going to be used for the base as well.
- 3
Mix the crushed biscuits with the, now acquired, melted butter using your fingertips.
- 4
Grease the sides of a cake tin with butter and now, evenly spread the mixture to make the base of your cake (Tip: Toss the base into the fridge for somewhile. It will make your base stiffer and harder.)
- 5
Beat the Whipping Cream and Cream Cheese together using an Electric Beater. Now, add the rest of the ingredients- Sugar, Vanilla essence, Lemon juice into the mixture. Beat till it gets stiff and creamy.
- 6
Pour this mixture over the base and use a rubber spatula to level the top.
- 7
Toss it into the fridge for another 3 hours.
- 8
You're done! Serve it with your favorite toppings. Berries? Chocolate Syrup? Why not?
