My version of chicken noodle soup. This is also a great substitute for ramen noodles. Super easy!

The bones and the meat from the bones seem to just go to waste when you make roast chicken or turkey...Shave the meat from the bones and return it to the soup in Step 3. Adding wine (or sake) in Step 4 gives the soup a mild and tasty flavor. For 4 servings. Recipe by meg115

I was in really bad pain one day went to the hospital and found out it was my gallbladder. I had to many stones and it had to be removed. So while I was waiting for my surgery I couldn't really eat anything and I didn't like the can soup so I decided to make my own.

A mixture of family and internet inspired Chicken Noodle Soup, and whatever I had on hand.I always wait to eat soup the next day, that's when everything comes together.

Very good soup. I've been making it like this for a long time. Enjoy. If you like spinach or escarole you can always add some in yummm.
