2 headfresh broccoi florets, bite size pieces
1/4red onion chopped
1/4 cupshredded cheese sharp cheddar works well
1/3 cupbacon I like the prebagged turkey bacon pieces
3 tbsphulled sunflower seeds
1 cupmayo
1 1/2 tbspcider vinegar or red wine vinegar
2 tspsugar
1salt n pepper to taste

in small bowl mix mayo vinegar n sugar set in fridge

put all other ingredients in large bowl add mayo mixture n toss to coat. taste then add salt n pepper as wanted.

Cover and set in fridge atleast 2 hours, toss again right before serving
