Layer 1: mix flour, butter, and 1 c pecns. press into greased 9x13 pan, bake at 375°F 15-20 minutes. Let cool.

Layer 2: Beat together cream cheese, sugar, and 8 oz cool whip. Spread over layer 1 when cooked.

Layer 3: Beat together milk and pudding for 2 minutes. Spread over layer 2.

Spread second container cool whip over layer 3. sprinkle with rest of pecans and chocolate chips. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
