1/4pineapple
1 cuporange juice freshly squeezed

Clean the fruit well and slice it into small chunks.

Add Juice then the fruits in the blender. Blend on low then high till you get a smooth consistency.

Perfect in hot water. Add ice cubes if you love it chilled.
