Sprouted green moong kebab

Take sprouted moong dal and put it into the boiling water and boil it for 3-4 minutes. strain out the excess water from it. Don’t boil it too much.

Take the parboiled sprouted moong dal in a big mixing bowl and add oats,onion,green chilli,cornflour,all masala and salt.Mix properly by adding 2 tbs water.

Heat oil for frying

Grease oil on hand start making kebab what ever shape you want.

Deep fry both side of moong kebab until golden colour and crispy
- 6
Serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce.
